With an aim to channelise the newfound hope and financial optimism into tangible results, Mr. Anand Rathi and Mr. Pradeep Kumar Gupta laid the foundation of the Anand Rathi Group in 1994. From setting up a research desk in 1995 to starting a capital market lending business in 2019, we have always kept the client at the centre of our plans.

Founder & Chairman - Anand Rathi Group
Mr Anand Rathi is the founder and the soul of the Anand Rathi Group. The Gold Medallist chartered accountant is a leading financial and investment expert in India and the broader South-East Asian region. Before laying the foundation of the Anand Rathi Group, Mr Rathi had an illustrious and fruitful career with the Aditya Birla Group.
In 1999, Mr Rathi was appointed the president of BSE (Bombay Stock Exchange). The rapid expansion of BOLT - the BSE Online Trading System, during his tenure, speaks volumes of his farsightedness. He also set up the Trade Guarantee Fund and played a vital role in setting up the Central Depository Services (CDS). Mr Rathi is an esteemed member of the ICAI and has experience of over 5 decades across sectors.
Mr. Pradeep Gupta
Co-Founder & Vice Chairman - Anand Rathi Group
Mr Pradeep Gupta, the co-founder, is the fuel that runs the well-oiled Anand Rathi machinery spread across India. Starting with a family-owned textile business, Mr Gupta stepped into the financial world with Navratan Capital & Securities Pvt. Ltd. After scaling up the business, Mr Gupta later joined hands with Mr Anand Rathi to establish the Anand Rathi Group.
He played an instrumental role in the success of the Institutional Broking and Investment Services arms of the group and remains the driving force behind the strong network of franchisees and branches across the country.

Ketan Shrotri
Associate Director
Ketan Shrotri heads the AR Digital Wealth business at Anand Rathi, driving its growth, strategy, and execution. With a sharp focus on empowering partners through research-backed model portfolios and digital solutions, Ketan has been instrumental in building a strong, scalable ecosystem that enables Individual Financial Advisors to deliver a seamless and enriched investment journey to their clients.
With his strategic vision and deep market understanding, Ketan continues to shape the future of digital wealth at AR. Backed by over two decades of experience in financial services, Ketan blends strategic thinking with deep market insight. His leadership has played a key role in expanding AR Digital Wealth’s reach, strengthening partner engagement, and delivering measurable outcomes.
Before joining AR, he held senior roles at Aditya Birla Money, where he led channel sales for the West zone and managed large-scale regional operations. Ketan is a Commerce graduate from the University of Mumbai and holds a management degree from the Welingkar Institute of Management.
Pratik Jain
Head - Products
With over 18 years of experience in financial services, Pratik Jain brings a powerful blend of strategic thinking and hands-on implementation to AR Digital Wealth. As Head of Products, he is instrumental in curating and managing the model portfolio. His deep market insight and client-focused approach play a key role in aligning investor portfolios with AR’s research-driven models.
Earlier, Pratik was part of the founding team of LXME, India’s first financial platform for women, where he helped shape its product offering and financial strategy. He also served as Executive Assistant to the MD at TABcab, a startup environment where he worked across departments, driving performance analysis, cost optimisation, and operational efficiency.
Additionally, he has held key roles at Motilal Oswal and ICICI Bank, managing HNI relationships and advising on equity and mutual fund investments. Pratik is a CFA Charterholder and holds an MMS in Finance from N. L. Dalmia Institute of Management. His rich blend of product expertise, strategic thinking, and operational experience makes him a key pillar of AR Digital Wealth’s leadership.
Shraboni Nag
Head - Operations
Shraboni Nag heads Operations at AR Digital Wealth, where she is responsible for managing end-to-end investment operations, KYC processing, client servicing, and ensuring a seamless digital investment journey for clients. She leads cross-functional collaboration across product, tech, and business teams to drive process improvements, resolve platform issues, and deliver a best-in-class client experience.
Before joining AR, she worked as a Wealth Manager at ICICI Bank, guiding clients on mutual fund, insurance, and fixed income investments. Her transition into digital strategy and operations has been driven by a strong foundation in data-driven decision making and client-centric execution.
Shraboni holds an MBA in Finance along with a Post Graduate Program in Management (PGPM) from IBS Mumbai. She is a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) from V Skills, with a strong focus on innovation, service excellence, and operational efficiency.
